Develops knowledge of client needs and requirements and coordinates the firm s effort to serve client organizations, including but not limited to the following responsibilities: 该岗位主要工作为在指导下发展与指定机构客户的业务关系。了解客户需求，协调公司资源为客户服务, 具体包括但不限于如下职责: 1. Maintaining and building the business relationship with assigned institutional accounts; 维护和建立与指定机构客户的业务关系； 2. Working closely with client s investment and research personnel; 与投资者和研究员紧密合作； 3. Presenting research services and advising clients on investment opportunities; 提供研究服务并向客户提供投资建议； 4. Providing full account coverage service for small accounts, including trading and execution services. 为小型客户提供全面服务，包括交易及执行服务。 任职资格： 1. 2021 Bachelor, Master and PhD graduates from reputable domestic and overseas universities; 来自国内外知名高校的2021年应届毕业生，具有本科及以上学历； 2. Economics or Finance majors preferred; 金融、经济相关专业优先考虑； 3. Good understanding of sales and trading business; 熟悉销售交易业务； 4. Sound knowledge of domestic or international capital markets and the firm s products and services; 对于国内外资本市场有扎实的理解，掌握公司可提供的产品和服务； 5. Excellent academic credentials and achievement; 学术成果优异； 6. Strong drive to succeed in a team-oriented environment and good communication; 具有强烈的团队合作精神和良好的沟通能力； 7. Strong passion for financial market and sales job. 对资本市场及销售工作有强烈的意愿。
